Your responsibilities include conducting regular patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. Requirements

A valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by TSA is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and providing authorized entry to employees, visitors, and contractors in accordance with site-specific procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and observe for any unusual conditions.
Provide customer service by assisting individuals with directions, information, and security-related questions while maintaining a professional presence.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols as directed by Allied Universal and site policies.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and access control logs as required by site procedures.
Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and site contacts regarding security-related matters, incidents, and requests.
Support the implementation of site-specific security-related policies and procedures, adapting to the unique requirements of a chemical and petrochemical environment.
