About The Position

As a Security Officer Campus Patrol Driver in Warrensville Heights, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Requirements

Vaccination requirements apply for this hospital location.
Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized access, assist with visitor directions, and support a professional environment within the healthcare location.
Communicate with site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, requests for assistance, and changes in site conditions.
