As a Front Desk Security Officer in an automotive environment, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and team members, helping to deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors, employees, and/or contractors at the front desk and assisting with inquiries in a professional manner.
- Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies relevant to the location, including access control and visitor management.
- Monitor the front desk area to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs and/or records of visitor check-ins, deliveries, and incidents as required by the site.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with site staff and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
