Requirements
- Valid Florida Class D Security License (required)
- Valid Florida Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
- Professional, well-groomed appearance and demeanor
- Strong computer literacy and accurate report-writing skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must possess a smartphone for communication and electronic reporting
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of all personnel, visitors, and property within the premises.
- Perform routine patrols, monitor surveillance systems, and inspect facilities, access points, and equipment.
- Manage access control, respond quickly to alarms, and investigate any unusual or suspicious activity.
- Uphold company policies, document incidents, and handle trespassing or security violations in a professional manner.
- Provide support with traffic flow and access management as required.
- Complete thorough and accurate reports on daily activities and incidents.
- Oversee building systems and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and applicable regulations.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and coordinate necessary repairs for security equipment to ensure optimal performance.
