Requirements

Must hold a valid Florida Class D Security License
Possess a valid Florida Driver’s License and have reliable transportation
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Must have a smartphone for communication and report submissions
Flexible schedule, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and communication style
Demonstrate excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency for documentation and reporting

Responsibilities

Maintain a secure and safe environment for all personnel, visitors, and facilities.
Conduct regular patrols and actively monitor security and surveillance systems.
Inspect buildings, access points, and equipment to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
Manage access control and respond quickly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
Detect, document, and report suspicious activity while upholding company and client policies.
Support traffic management and access control when required.
Prepare detailed and accurate reports on daily activities and incidents.
Monitor and maintain the functionality of alarms, security systems, and related equipment.
Adhere to company procedures, client expectations, and all applicable regulations.
