As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial services location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine foot patrols, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, support access control, document activity, and deliver customer-focused communication with staff and visitors. Requirements

• Have 1+ years' law enforcement experience or 2+ years' security supervisor/manager experience or 3+ years' security experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Have CPR/First Aid, preferred.
• Have a Guard Card/License, preferred.
• Be able to lift up to 20 lbs, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support a professional environment.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity, reporting concerns and/or suspicious behavior according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal supervision and site management.
