About The Position

As a Security Officer - Bank Patrol Driving Role in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location, including both the interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
Monitor for suspicious activity or potential security-related concerns, reporting findings to the appropriate personnel.
Support access control measures by observing entrances and exits, verifying credentials when required, and assisting visitors as needed.
Document and report security-related incidents and daily activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address client needs and uphold a welcoming atmosphere.
