About The Position

As a Security Officer - Bank Patrol Driving Role in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location, including both the interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
  • Monitor for suspicious activity or potential security-related concerns, reporting findings to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support access control measures by observing entrances and exits, verifying credentials when required, and assisting visitors as needed.
  • Document and report security-related incidents and daily activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address client needs and uphold a welcoming atmosphere.
