As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial services location, you will conduct routine rounds, stay highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver standout customer service through clear communication and quick reporting. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
CPR certification is preferred.
A guard card/license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to client staff and visitors by following Allied Universal and site-specific security-related procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken per post orders.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter at a financial services location to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and controlled areas, verify identification and/or visitor authorization as required, and report suspicious activity through the established chain of command.
Complete accurate reports and logs, communicate site conditions and incident details to client representatives and Allied Universal leadership, and support business continuity procedures during disruptions.
