As a Security Officer - Auto Patrol Driver in Tomahawk, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol an automotive-focused location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with visitors and staff, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
- CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior within the automotive environment.
- Observe and report any security-related irregularities, including property damage, theft, or unusual activity.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while on patrol.
- Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.
- Assist with access control and verify identification of individuals entering designated areas as required.
- Document and report all incidents, observations, and daily activities according to Allied Universal procedures.
