As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
CPR or first aid is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and promote a secure environment.
Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related issues within the location, particularly in areas related to technology, media, and telecommunications.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure and welcoming atmosphere for all occupants and visitors.
Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and security-related concerns as required by site protocols.
Remain alert and prepared to address a variety of situations that may arise within a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications environment.
