Your visible presence and professional approach will support a secure environment while delivering outstanding customer service. This position requires both armed responsibilities and driving duties, allowing you to play a key role in maintaining order and assisting patrons. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least one year of security-related experience is required.
At least six months of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Level III armed certification is required for positions in Texas only.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor for suspicious behavior and report any security-related concerns or incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.
Maintain clear and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as required by site procedures.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as directed in response to incidents or emergencies.
Remain alert and ready to respond to any situation that may arise within the retail environment, providing support as needed to clients, staff, and visitors.
