As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Detail in El Paso, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an armed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Meet licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations prior to employment.
• Possess a valid driver’s license for driving positions.

Nice To Haves

• An Armed Guard Card or License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations that may require an armed presence in accordance with post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to sensitive areas, observe visitor and employee activity, and report security-related concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate reports of incidents, patrol activity, and daily operations, and support law enforcement and/or first responders when requested.
