As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. Requirements

A valid concealed carry weapons permit is required.
A valid armed guard card or license is required.
A valid corrections officer license is required.
A valid law enforcement officer license is required.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report any observations as required.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas within the financial institution to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, observations, and incidents as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
Interact with employees, visitors, and/or customers in a courteous manner, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary, following all Allied Universal and client procedures.
