Join Allied Universal at a financial institution where you will conduct armed patrols, maintain a high-visibility presence, and help to identify and report security-related concerns. You will support access points, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and document activity with professionalism. This is an armed post requiring a valid armed guard card or license, and a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license, backed by a caring, reliable, and integrity-driven team. Position Type: Flex Pay Rate: $26.25 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 08:30 AM - 06:30 PM

Requirements

• Have a minimum of 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Respond to alarms, suspicious activity, disturbances, and/or critical incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and public emergency services as needed.
• Control access at doors, gates, and restricted areas; monitor visitor and vendor entry, verify identification, and maintain visitor logs per site policy.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related activities in written reports, and communicate relevant information to oncoming personnel and site contacts.
