You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be 21+ Years of Age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Lift Up to 20 lbs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, authorized visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, documenting actions taken, and coordinating with site contacts and/or public responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the exterior grounds to help reduce the likelihood of unauthorized activity.
• Control access at designated posts by verifying credentials, monitoring entry and exit activity, checking deliveries as directed, and reporting discrepancies according to site procedures.
• Complete detailed reports, shift logs, and incident documentation, and communicate security-related concerns and/or maintenance hazards through the approved reporting channels.
