Join Allied Universal as an armed patrol professional at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to alarms and/or incidents, and deliver strong customer service and clear communication. Bring teamwork and integrity to an agile, reliable, innovative team that puts people first. Armed Guard Card or License required.

Requirements

Have 3+ years combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience OR have a college degree.
Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
Be 21+ years of age.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to staff and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial services environment.
Conduct armed foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter checkpoints to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or irregular conditions.
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and public responders as needed.
Control access at designated posts by verifying identification, managing visitor processing, and monitoring restricted areas per post orders.
Prepare clear written reports and logs of patrols, incidents, and unusual activity, and handle issued equipment and firearms in accordance with Allied Universal policies and all applicable regulations.
