About The Position

As a Security Officer - Armed Commercial Patrol in Tulsa, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to situations as needed, and deliver exceptional customer service. This armed post requires a current armed guard card or license. Requirements

Possess an armed guard card or license as required by local, state, and/or federal regulations.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
Monitor premises for unusual activity and report any observations according to site protocols.
Work closely with Allied Universal management and site contacts to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment.
Document incidents and daily activities thoroughly and accurately as required by site procedures.
Assist with access control and/or visitor management as needed at the location.
