As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence at a financial institution location. You will interact with visitors and staff, respond to incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation. Requirements

Have at least 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a visible presence at the location to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to staff and visitors.
Follow all protocols related to the carrying and use of authorized firearms in accordance with company and site-specific guidelines.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.
Complete detailed and accurate reports related to incidents, patrols, and other site-specific activities.
Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site staff to address security-related matters.
