As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a strong presence throughout financial institution locations. Your role involves monitoring assigned areas, interacting with staff and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service. Requirements

Have three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
Provide proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
Be at least 21 years of age.
An armed guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participate in emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual occurrences.
Monitor and report any security-related concerns or hazards identified during patrols to Allied Universal leadership and/or site management.
Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and on-site personnel to support the security-related needs of the location.
