Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, remaining visible throughout the community, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess an Armed Guard Card or license.
Have at least 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or at least 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or at least 3 years of security experience.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Monitor access points to help control entry and exit to the residential community, verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs as required.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Communicate with residents, guests, and property management in a professional manner, addressing inquiries and reporting security-related matters.
Document observations, incidents, and activities in daily logs and/or incident reports as directed by site protocols.
