As a Security Officer - Access Control Full Time in SEGUIN, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entry points, conducting routine patrols, and maintaining a visible presence throughout the facility. Your role is vital in providing exceptional customer service to employees and visitors, assisting with access management, and supporting a secure environment. Requirements

CPR certification is preferred.
A current guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor access points at the location to verify credentials and manage entry and exit procedures for personnel, visitors, and deliveries.
Follow site-specific policies and procedures related to access control within a food and beverage facility.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations using calm, problem-solving skills.
Communicate clearly and courteously with employees, visitors, and vendors while addressing questions or concerns.
Record observations, incidents, and activities in daily reports as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
Support emergency response activities as directed by management or site policies.
