As a Security Officer - Access Control Lobby in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring entrances and exits and conducting routine patrols at a commercial real estate location. Requirements

Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the location in alignment with site-specific access control procedures.
Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and contractors with access-related inquiries and guidance while maintaining professional interactions.
Carry out security-related procedures and adhere to site-specific policies to help maintain a secure environment within the commercial real estate setting.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, involving appropriate notification and escalation protocols as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity, adapting to varying work environments as required by the location.
Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.
Support emergency response activities when appropriate, cooperating with first responders and Allied Universal management during potential or actual emergencies.
