Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entrances, conducting routine patrols, and remaining highly visible throughout your assigned area. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment while delivering exceptional customer service and communication, all within a team that values agility, reliability, and integrity.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises.
Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and assist with emergency response activities when needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.
Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or irregularities according to Allied Universal protocols.
Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed to address incidents or emergencies.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure atmosphere at the location.
