Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while providing excellent customer service to guests and staff. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or breaches of site-specific policies.
Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following security-related procedures and protocols.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities as appropriate for the food and beverage environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any potential security-related concerns.
Document and report any unusual activity, incidents, or security-related matters to the appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures.
Collaborate with site management and Allied Universal team members to support a secure and welcoming environment for all individuals at the location.
Assist with the implementation of site-specific policies and procedures related to access control and/or security-related matters.
