This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
A Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by TSA is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including access control measures.
Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas within the chemical or petrochemical location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols specific to the site.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe conditions specific to the environment.
Document and report any irregularities, incidents, or suspicious activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client policies.
Operate and monitor access control systems, verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs as required by site procedures.
Maintain a visible presence and provide assistance or information to employees, contractors, and visitors as needed.
Communicate with site management, local authorities, and Allied Universal supervisors regarding any security-related matters.
