About The Position

As a Branch Security Receptionist, Doral, FL you will serve and safeguard AUS office personnel and visitors that visit the branch office located in Doral.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM (Weekends Off)

Requirements

• Must have a reliable vehicle.
• Good customer service skills
• Must have or be willing to obtain a D security License.
• Be at least 18+ years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Required - Bilingual, Fluent in English and Spanish, speaking, writing, reading

Responsibilities

• You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make
• Greeting and assisting visitors, personnel, and customers in a calm and professional manner
• Answering calls in a timely manner, taking messages and relaying accurately to appropriate individuals
• Comfortably utilizing Microsoft Teams as a method of communication
• Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
• Ability to exert up to 15 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
• Assist with uniform returns and maintaining a clean, organized lobby and training room
• Collaborating with the HR department with uniform returns
• Collaborating with the Recruiting department with candidate applications and backgrounds
• Assist the Senior Leadership with projects
