Position Summary: Patrols St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center and grounds providing security services for the employees, patients and visitors.

Requirements

• High School graduate or GED required.
• One-year security experience preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Secure and TEAM Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training within six (6) months of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to all incoming security calls within 5 minutes.
• Perform interior and exterior patrols of the parking lot, checking for safety and security hazards.
• Reporting all hazards found in accordance with policy.
• Perform escort for employees and visitors as requested.
• Responds to all traffic accidents in parking lot or ER patients and completes incident reports.
