As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols at the assigned location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. You will provide exceptional customer service, respond to situations as they arise, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any irregularities, such as security-related breaches, hazards, or unusual situations, according to established procedures.
Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and/or contractors while on patrol or during routine activities.
Document incidents and complete required reports accurately and promptly as directed by Allied Universal and site guidelines.
Remain alert and aware of surroundings at all times to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment.
