As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a premier commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support tenants, visitors, and property teams through strong customer service and clear communication, reporting concerns and documenting activity. Requirements

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and perimeter areas to help to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Control access points by checking identification and/or visitor logs, directing foot traffic, and assisting with deliveries and move-in or move-out activity in accordance with site guidelines.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical situations, alarms, disturbances, and property damage, and notify site contacts and/or public services as required.
• Complete detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant updates to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
