As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a manufacturing and industrial location. This position requires driving as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for any irregularities.
Monitor entry and exit points, verifying the credentials of individuals as required by site procedures.
Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns within the manufacturing and industrial location.
Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences.
Assist with access control measures and visitor management as directed by site protocols.
Remain alert to changes in the environment and contribute to a secure atmosphere for all personnel and visitors.
