As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help maintain a secure environment. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazards.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or incidents encountered during patrols to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as directed.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Support emergency response protocols as outlined in site-specific procedures, including coordinating with emergency personnel when needed.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents encountered during patrols.
