You will help manage entry points, check credentials, support badge and visitor processes, and conduct routine patrols to help discourage security-related incidents. Be a visible, professional presence with strong customer service and clear communication, while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and acts with integrity. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license.

Requirements

• Be 21+ Years of Age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Access Control/Badge Experience - preferred.
• Customer Service Experience - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, drivers, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Control access at designated entry points by checking identification, verifying authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining sign-in and/or access control logs.
• Screen inbound and outbound foot and vehicle traffic as required, including coordinating deliveries and pickups, directing visitors to proper check-in areas, and reporting irregular activity to site management.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events, communicating with appropriate personnel, and assisting with post-incident follow-up.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, production-adjacent areas, loading docks, and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
