As a Security Professional - Front Desk Driver in Malvern, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a prominent financial institution, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entry points, managing visitor access, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact, offering a welcoming presence while upholding access protocols and responding promptly to inquiries or concerns. This is a driving post and requires a valid driver's license. Requirements
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and guests at the front desk of a financial institution location by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
- Monitor access points and check identification to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or potential security-related incidents at the location.
- Respond promptly and calmly to incidents and critical situations at the front desk, using problem-solving skills and following established emergency response protocols.
- Maintain detailed records and logs of visitor activity, incidents, and any unusual occurrences as required by site and Allied Universal procedures.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters and/or site operations.
- Assist in the enforcement of building policies and procedures to help to deter prohibited items and/or activities within the location.
