As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with calm professionalism. You will conduct routine rounds, document observations, and deliver standout customer service through clear communication. Requirements

• Have 1+ years of security experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and public areas, observe for unusual conditions, and document security-related observations per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site personnel and/or responding public services as directed.
• Complete detailed reports of daily activity, incidents, and patrols, and communicate pertinent information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
