As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a government healthcare location supporting vaccine operations, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with calm professionalism. You will deliver standout customer service and clear communication while partnering with onsite teams. Requirements

• This is a hospital site where vaccines are required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, corridors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary by assignment.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in, and directing individuals to appropriate destinations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical emergencies, and/or fire alarms, and notify appropriate personnel as needed.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and unusual conditions in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate relevant updates to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
