As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents within a financial institution setting. Requirements

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients at financial institution locations by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and company protocols to address situations as they arise.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or concerns according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
Collaborate with fellow Allied Universal personnel and on-site staff to support a secure environment at the location.
