As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This primarily driving post allows you to interact with tenants and visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and support a welcoming environment. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual incidents, hazards, or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to building occupants and visitors.
• Collaborate with property management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related issues as they arise.
• Complete daily activity reports and/or incident reports as required by site procedures.
