As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout financial institution locations. Your visible presence and exceptional customer service will contribute to a welcoming environment for clients and staff. This is a driving post, requiring you to travel between assigned areas to support security-related needs while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for financial institution locations.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
Observe and report any suspicious behavior or activities in and around the premises of the financial institution.
Assist with access control procedures, verifying identification and monitoring entry and exit points as required by site-specific protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as directed by Allied Universal and site management.
Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders as needed during incidents or emergencies at the location.
Participate in ongoing training and drills to stay prepared for emergency response and enhance knowledge of site-specific security-related procedures.
