Job Description As a Security Guard - Armed Patrol Driver in Golden, CO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer in a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while upholding Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and care. Requirements

An armed guard card or license is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while armed, following all company and site-specific protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
Monitor for unusual activity or potential threats within the food and beverage production environment and report findings according to established procedures.
Assist with access control by verifying the credentials of individuals entering restricted areas of the location.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency personnel when required, maintaining clear and concise communication.
Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken during patrols and/or emergency responses in detailed written reports.
