As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a prominent government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment. Requirements

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by performing security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the assigned area and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report any unusual findings.
Document and report all security-related incidents and/or concerns according to Allied Universal protocols.
Assist visitors and employees with access and general information while upholding security-related protocols.
Work collaboratively with local authorities and/or emergency personnel when required by site policies.
