Job Description As a Airport Security Guard - Dispatch in Honolulu, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas at a government location, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with the public, and provide outstanding customer service while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and innovation. Requirements

Valid Driver's License
21+ years of age
Have ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam
Ability to obtain AOA badge (Federal Background Check in ordinance with DOT requirements)
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the assigned location and its perimeter to help to deter potential issues and identify irregularities.
Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to assist with maintaining order.
Document observations and report incidents or suspicious behavior according to Allied Universal procedures.
Communicate professionally with the public, staff, and local authorities as needed.
Follow instructions from Allied Universal and client management, adapting to changes in procedures or site conditions as required.
