As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document observations, and communicate clearly with tenants, visitors, and site teams while providing strong customer service. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card and/or security-related license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
Monitor access points and respond to alarms, suspicious activity, disturbances, and other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to Allied Universal leadership and/or local emergency services as needed.
Complete detailed incident reports, activity logs, and shift documentation, and communicate key information during post handoff and/or to property management contacts.
Assist with parking and/or traffic flow during peak periods, deliveries, and special events, and provide directions and general assistance while maintaining awareness of site conditions.
