We are currently looking for a: Kennywood - Security Dispatcher Roles & Responsibilities: Security team members are responsible for maintaining a safe environment for guests and employees. The perfect candidate should have an eye for detail, a knack for problem-solving, and an ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Prior security dispatch experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to address multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills, ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns
• Strong communications skills.
• Complete understanding of the English language
• Must have flexible schedule availability, including holidays and weekends

Nice To Haves

• Prior dispatch experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Report and dispatch on security incidents and threats
• Oversee and report on security surveillance
• Maintain and review security records; periodically report on trends, anomalies, and concerns
