The Security Captain oversees the efficient delivery of security services and provides leadership to a medium-sized workforce at the assigned job site. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to workforce management, issuing tasks and post assignments, and performing a variety of administrative duties (payroll, scheduling, reporting). The Security Captain is the primary point of contact with the client's representative for all matters related to the execution of the contract. Must be available to respond to emergency situations during weekends and evenings, consistent with the 24/7 nature of our operations.
