The Assistant Security assists the Security Manager in managing the physical safety and security of the Kuki'o Community Association's members, employees, facilities, property, vendors, and contractors. This role is fully responsible for overseeing the Safety and Security operations at the association. Ensuring a safe environment for all homeowners and their guests is crucial to the success of this position. The Safety and Security Department provides round-the-clock patrol coverage and acts as the first point of contact at the main guard gate. They respond to medical incidents, vehicle and pedestrian accidents, fire and burglary alarms, and trespassers or the public who enter the grounds.
