Job Summary The Security Administrator is responsible for protecting the organization’s systems, networks, and data by implementing, monitoring, and maintaining security controls and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience in IT security, system administration, or related role
- Knowledge of security tools, access control, and endpoint protection
- Understanding of networking and cybersecurity best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SIEM, MFA, and vulnerability management tools
- Familiarity with cloud security (Azure, AWS)
- Security certifications (Security+, CISSP, CEH)
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage security systems and alerts
- Administer user access, permissions, and identity controls
- Implement security policies, patches, and vulnerability remediation
- Investigate and respond to security incidents
