About The Position

We are a certified security guard trainer and train our hires free of charge to help you obtain your license.

Requirements

  • Understands the needs of Private Security
  • Have experience with Security Guard responsibilities.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft application (Word and Excel).
  • Have great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have administrative skills.
  • Be able to correspond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Have great organizational skills
  • Be a team player.
  • Be solutions oriented.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Associates Degree or Equivalent
  • Active Texas Driver's License

Nice To Haves

  • Scheduling experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and conduct interviews.
  • Manage employee retention.
  • Be knowledgeable of company policies.
  • Lead by example
  • Managers may need to work or answer calls/emails past 5pm and/or weekends to help maintain great service to clients
  • Account Manager with providing outstanding client customer service needs and employee needs
  • Accounts Assistant may need to review applications, conduct interviews, and discuss employment new applicants.
