Requirements

• Must Be Able to Read and Write.
• Must Have Good Eyesight.
• Should Be Self-Directed and Be Able to Work Independently.
• Must Be Able to Lift Light To Moderate Weights of 25 Plus Pounds.
• Previous Machine Operator experience of 3-5 years.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Textile experience preferred.
• Previous Textile experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Sectional Warper, Conventional Warper, and Creel.
• Be responsible for Producing Good Warps and Sectional beams at Maximum Efficiency.
• Correctly Perform All Set-ups and Doff Procedures.
• Assists in The Creeling of All machines and Packing Out.
• Responsible for Setting Up Machine to The Specifications
• Running the Machine Immediately Reporting Any Quality/Performance Issues to The Area shift Manager.
• Must Operate Bar Code Scanner on All Three Jobs.
• Responsible for Performing Operator TPM Procedures Per Schedule and the General Housekeeping in The Machine Area
