Responsibilities

• Lead team members, oversee daily operations and ensure company and customer standards for performance and productivity are met.
• Responsible for mentoring staff, resolving operational issues, and enforcing policies.
• Provide subject matter expertise, assistance, recommendations and hands-on-support.
• Share knowledge and experience to facilitate effective practices and increase staff awareness of best practices.
• Approve timecards and conduct performance reviews
