About The Position

To assure the smooth and efficient operations of the school office so that the office’s maximum positive impact on the education of children can be realized.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • A minimum of three (3) years prior job experience.
  • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board my find appropriate and acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Performs usual office routine.
  • Receives and routes all incoming calls.
  • Types and processes purchase orders.
  • Types correspondence, schedule appointments, and receive telephone messages.
  • Maintains a regular filing system.
  • Copies documents as needed.
  • Performs any other duties as outlined by the Supervisor.
